- Fred Bailey was still
the SESA President (Prior to 1968 the Annual Meetings were held in the
Fall, but starting in 1969 the Annual Meetings were held in the Spring.
Officers begin their terms at the end of an Annual Meeting. Thus Fred
Bailey served one term, from the Fall 1967 to Spring 1969 - eighteen
months. All other SESA/SEM Presidents served in office for twelve
months).
