1990	Ken Galione was the Managing Director 1990 SEM Spring Conference was held at the Albuquerque Hilton Hotel in Albuquerque, NM, June 3-6. Albert Kobayashi was the SEM President. Mike Fourney presented the Murray Lecture. 1990 SEM Fall Conference on Hologram Interferometry and Speckle Metrology was held at the Stouffers Harborplace Hotel in Baltimore, November 4-7. Karl Stetson and R.J. Pryputniewicz were the conference co-organizers. IMAC VIII was held Feb 13 – 16m at the Hyatt Orlando in Kissimmee, FL Richard Pappa was the keynote speaker on ID Challenges for Large Space Structures.
1991	Ken Galione was the Managing Director. 1991 SEM Spring Conference was held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Milwaukee, WI, June 9-12. Bob Sullivan was SEM President. Harry Fessler presented the Murray Lecture. 1991 SEM Fall Conference on Structural Testing Technology at High Temperature was held at the Stouffer Center Plaza Hotel in Dayton, OH, November 4-6. IMAC IX was scheduled for April 15 – 18, for Florence, Italy. It was cancelled because of the Gulf War. This was the first year SEM was completely in charge of IMAC

Bill Fourney was the SEM President Hal Brinson presented the Murray Lecture. 1992 Joint Conference with the American Society for Nondestructive Testing was held at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel in Chicago, IL, November 16-20. IMAC X was held Feb 3 – 7, at the Town and Country Hotel in San Diego, CA Jan Leuridan was the keynote speaker on Modal Analysis: A Perspective on Integration
1993	Ken Galione was the Managing Director 1993 SEM Spring Conference on Experimental Mechanics SEM's Fiftieth Anniversary was held at the Hyatt Regency Dearborn in Dearborn, MI, June 7-9. Frank Adams was the SEM President. C.W. Smith presented the Murray Lecture. 1993 SEM Fall Conference on Structural Testing Technology at High Temperature II was held in Ojai, CA, November 8-10. IMAC XI was held Feb 1 –4, at the Hyatt Orlando, Kissimmee, FL Randy Allemang was the keynote speaker on Modal Analysis: Where do we go from Here?

Ken McConnell presented the Murray Lecture. 1994 SEM Fall Conference on Structural Testing Technology at High Temperature was held at the Stouffer Center Plaza Hotel in Dayton, OH, November 4-6. IMAC XII was held Jan 31 – Feb 3 at the Ilikai in Honolulu, HI Nobuyuki Okubo was the keynote speaker on Modal Analysis: Toward Virtual Design
1995	Ken Galione was the Managing Director IMAC XIII was held at the Sheraton Music City Hotel in Nashville, TN, Feb 13 – 16, the theme was: “Going Beyond Modal Analysis” Ole Dossing was the keynote speaker on Going Beyond Modal Analysis or IMAC in a New Key 1995 SEM Spring Conference was held at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel in Grand Rapids, MI, June 11-15. Dixon Dudderar was the SEM President Wolfgang Knauss presented the Murray Lecture.
1996	Kristin MacDonald was the Executive Director. IMAC XIV was held at the Hyatt Regency Dearborn Feb 12 – 15, the theme was “Key to Noise-Vibration-Harshness Optimization The keynote speakers were a panel consisting of David Griffiths, Ford, William Resh, Chrysler, and Gary R. Penn, GM on Noise-Vibration-Harshness 1996 SEM VII International Congress on Experimental Mechanics was held at the Sheraton Music City Hotel in Nashville, TN, June 10-13. Mark Tuttle was the SEM President J. F. Kalthoff presented the Murray Lecture.
1997	Kristin MacDonald was the Executive Director. IMAC XV was held at the Sheraton World Resort in Orlando, FL February 3 – 6, the theme was “New Horizon for Damage Detection” The keynote speaker was Richard Lyon on Damage Detection and Identification in Structures and Mechanisms. 1997 SEM Spring Conference on Experimental and Applied Mechanics was held at the Red Lion Inn in Bellevue, WA, June 2-4. Beth Fuchs was the SEM President Rodney Clifton presented the Murray Lecture.
1998	Kristin MacDonald was the Executive Director. IMAC XVI was held at Fess Parker’s Doubletree Resort in Santa Barbara, CA Feb 2 – 5, the theme was Model Updating & Correlation and Civil Engineering & Structural Testing” Christopher Flanigan was the keynote speaker on Status and Future Outlook of Correlation and Model Updating 1998 SEM Spring Conference was held at the Adams Mark Hotel in Houston, TX, June 1-3. Ravi Chona was the SEM President. Isaac Daniel presented the Murray Lecture.

IMAC XVII was held at the Hyatt Orland, Kissimmee, FL Feb 8 – 11, the theme was “A Conference & Exposition on Structural Dynamics with a special focus on Civil Structures” Daniel R. Mulville was the keynote speaker on Tools of the Future 1999 SEM Spring Conference was held at the Omni Netherland Plaza Hotel in Cincinnati, OH, June 7-9. Charles Harris was the SEM President.
