Universities located near each other are encouraged to organize graduate conferences and to apply to the SEMEF for partial sponsorship. These conferences emphasize graduate students, but advanced undergraduates are also usually invited to participate. ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEAST 90 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
