SEM History

The Experimental Techniques SEM History series, organized by Chuck Taylor, SEM's historian, features articles that offer a glimpse at the origins of our Society and the emergence of the technology used throughout the field of experimental mechanics today through some of the people who were directly involved.

If you have information that would be appropriate for this series, please contact SEM at empapers@sem1.com.

C.E. Taylor is an active SEM Member, Past President, Fellow and Honorary Member, and currently resides in Gainesville, Florida.
